Solutions ME assists Abu Dhabi Municipality in upgrading their SMS setup to Inspiretech's Corporate SMS Bundle

Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) joins the esteemed list of customers using the SMS solutions from Inspiretech. Solutions Middle East is instrumental in convincing ADM in upgrading their current SMS setup to Inspiretech's Corporate SMS Bundle. The SMS solution from Inspire-tech is for client communication, marketing campaigns and system monitoring notifications. The solution provides a cost-effective way of managing multiple requirements across various departments of an organization.

According to Pankaj Singh, project manager for this customer win, the break through came from one of Solutions ME's channel partners Emircom, Abudhabi. ADM had approached Emircom with their requirement who then introduced them to Solutions ME.

The SMS solution from Inspiretech will increase operational efficiency which will help ADM in providing faster and better customer service. ADM is the third organization to have deployed Inspiretech's SMS solution after DHL Bahrain and DAMAC properties in the last two months.
