ROLE :
  • Primary: To support ANG products from Citrix, eg. Netscalar
  • Secondary: To support Access team products, eg. Citrix Xenapp

    REPORTS TO : Manager (Support)

    		• 3 Years work experience on networking equipment, 2 Years work experience on
    Load balancer / WAN Acceleration products

    		• IT / Software / Office Automation / Telecommunication

  • Education

    • CCNA, Relevant certification - Networking Equipment and Load balancers /

    WAN Acceleration products

  • Functional Exposure

    • - Should have worked with networking equipment

    - Should have worked on Load Balancers / WAN Accelerators
