ROLE :
Project implementation & Support, Presales consulting for computer telephony products
Learning, updating, training and knowledge transfer
Setting up knowledgebase , libraries, documentation
Interact with Enterprise Customers and Principals
REPORTS TO : Manager (Support)
DESIRED PROFILE :
KEY ATTRIBUTES / COMPETENCIES:
Good understanding of network technologies
Project implementation skills on PBXs, Unified Messaging Systems, Voice Mail Systems,
Call Recording Systems and IVR with good understanding of MS Exchange & Active Directory
Should have Customer Focus and Good customer handling skills
Should be Punctual, Disciplined and Organized
Should have a good command of the English language
