POSITION : MESSAGING TEAM SUPPORT ENGINEER

ROLE :

  • Project implementation & Support, Presales consulting for computer telephony products
  • Learning, updating, training and knowledge transfer
  • Setting up knowledgebase , libraries, documentation
  • Interact with Enterprise Customers and Principals

    REPORTS TO : Manager (Support)

  • BE / B.Tech/ B.Sc IT, CCNA, MCSE, Unified Messagine, PBX implementation certifications

    KEY ATTRIBUTES / COMPETENCIES:

  • Good understanding of network technologies
  • Project implementation skills on PBXs, Unified Messaging Systems, Voice Mail Systems,
    Call Recording Systems and IVR with good understanding of MS Exchange & Active Directory
  • Should have Customer Focus and Good customer handling skills
  • Should be Punctual, Disciplined and Organized
  • Should have a good command of the English language
