POSITION : MESSAGING TEAM SUPPORT ENGINEER

ROLE :

  • Project implementation and Support, Presakes consulting for messaging products
  • Learning, updating, training and knowledge transfer
  • Setting up knowledgebase, libraries, documentation
  • Interact with Enterprise Customers and Principals Joint engagement with Sales teams


  • REPORTS TO : Manager (Support)

  • BE / B.Tech. / B.Sc. IT, CCNA, MCSE
