POSITION : ASSISTANT HEAD - CUSTOMER SUPPORT (SME-JD-AHCS)

ROLE :

  • Assist the Head of Customer Support in day to day running of the department.

  • Help institute & implement policies , procedures for smooth running of the department.

  • Ensure high standard & level of customer service.

  • Provide presales support to sales department.

  • Be responsible for smooth execution of large projects through proper inter-departmental co-ordination.

  • Ensure monitoring & reporting of support engineers performance.

  • Measure for rewarding high performance engineers.

  • Ensure proper training & development progress for the engineers.

  • Conduct customer service to measure customer satisfaction levels.

  • Ensure overall high customer satisfaction index.
