POSITION : ASSISTANT HEAD - CUSTOMER SUPPORT (SME-JD-AHCS)
ROLE :
Assist the Head of Customer Support in day to day running of the department.
Help institute & implement policies , procedures for smooth running of the department.
Ensure high standard & level of customer service.
Provide presales support to sales department.
Be responsible for smooth execution of large projects through proper inter-departmental co-ordination.
Ensure monitoring & reporting of support engineers performance.
Measure for rewarding high performance engineers.
Ensure proper training & development progress for the engineers.
Conduct customer service to measure customer satisfaction levels.
Ensure overall high customer satisfaction index.
