With over 35 years of retail experience and revenue to the score of USD $2.5 Billion, Landmark Group prides itself on being one of the largest retail conglomerates in Middle East . Today Landmark group owns over 16 brands and has operations across 12 countries through 850 stores.

Home Center, a leading Home Accessories & Furnishings brand of Landmark group was seeking a robust and a reliable solution to automate its faxed based operations. With 9 different branches and numerous departments, Home Center was constantly incurring huge spending on both time and money to manually manage faxes sent to customers and suppliers. The inter department and inter branch faxes were too contributing to the disorderly situation. Hence, deployment of RightFax enabled Home Center to reduce overheads and helped improve overall productivity. They could now send, receive, and manage documents directly from desktop, email, and other business applications. They could also accurately capture inbound messages and route it to the relevant lotus notes mailboxes, thereby improving the customer service performance.
