PepsiCo chooses Solutions ME to develop and deploy their EBA portal.

PepsiCo is a world leader in convinient snacks, food and beverages with revenues of more than USD 39 Billion and over 185,000 employees globally.

PepsiCo was looking for a robust business class application that would automate the Exclusive Bottling Appointments held between PepsiCo and its franchises. The application needed to be transparent so as to allow easy collaboration between franchises as well PepsiCo's internal legal team. The application would maintain a database of all legal contracts and automatically notify both the legal team as well as the franchise about the upcoming expiry as well as move particular Exclusive Bottling Appointments (EBAs) into an automatic renewal model which would have many tiers of automation including access level definition and information security.

The application will be developed and provided on a hosted service model that will allow business users to access the repository from anywhere on the globe. This global accessibility is one of the key requirements of the application.
