A new SysTrack End User Analytics app for ServiceNow is now available. This integration leverages the new SysTrack SnapshotAPI to capture detailed system metrics at the time an incident is logged and makes it available for service desk investigation through SysTrack Resolve.

The new SysTrack Cloud Edition is a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering that provides the power of the SysTrack End User Computing Success Platform without the need for on-premises datacenter resources.
SysTrack Visualizer displays modules and datasets based on the user’s access permissions.
SysTrack Dashboard allows the dashboard builder to grant view access to a dashboard based on membership in a security role, created in the new Security Role Editor in Dashboard Builder.
